2 cups pureed tomatoes (first squeeze seeds & juice by hand then puree)
1 small can tomato paste (if desired)
1 cup brown sugar (add more if needed)
10 garlic cloves - chopped
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
Example: 6 Thai peppers, 6 Habanero peppers, 6 Jalapeño peppers, 6 Hungarian wax peppers
Fill balance of 4 cups with Banana or Sweet Peppers
