Fields of glorious daylilies and exotic plants against the scenic beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains is a must-see for flower lovers, wine lovers and weekend travelers seeking a relaxing get-away.  In its 16th year as one of the Shenandoah Valley's most popular festivals, the Daylily Food and Wine Festival will be better than ever!

Held in the gardens of the Viette Farm and Nursery in Fishersville, Virginia, the festival will feature some exciting new additions including an extensive farmer's market where more than 20 local farmers will offer fresh, locally grown foods for attendees to purchase and take home.  

The Daylily Food and Wine Festival is being coordinated through Lewis Media Partners.

Live Radio!

Come out to the farm on Saturday morning and listen to André as he broadcasts "In the Garden" live right from his own back yard! See how it’s done and meet the people “behind the scenes” of this very popular gardening program.

Seminars

The day continues with many exciting seminars and workshops in the Seminar Tent. Whether you join us to learn more about small space gardens or how to raise daylilies, there are informative and fun short seminars for every level of outdoor enthusiast.

Wine Tastings

Many Virginia wineries will present their award-winning spirits for tasting and purchase. Wander through the heart of the festival grounds with your souvenir wine glass and sample wines from over 20 of Virginia's finest vinyards.

Music, Food, and Drink!

Take a break and enjoy live music while feasting on a variety of gourmet foods from some of our finest local restaurants. Enjoy a glass of wine, a refreshing cup of fine beer, or a cup of fresh squeezed lemonade with your meal and top it all off with Italian Ice!

Displays

Take some time to stroll through horticultural exhibits and displays. Visit the booths of a diverse range of our regional artisans and crafters.

Fun for kids!

Got kids?? They can have a great time at the Children’s Tent. The newly expanded children's area will offer several hands-on, fun and interactive agricultural/horticultural activities that will help educate kids and families on the yummy and healthy produce options available right near their homes ...
There will even be a baby changing station.
